We really enjoyed our 10 night stay at the Hideaway. We love the area and this is a gem of a place to stay. Quite but with plenty to do, there are shops walkable and the setup in the caravan is perfect to get you started.It was spotlessly clean and we have a lovely welcome.Thank you

Lovely stay here! Apartment is very light and airy. Keeps nice and warm cos is at the top of house (but easy to cool down). Great views. Lots to do in the area such as the zoo and also Tenby where we did a wildlife safari and also a day trip over to Caldy Island which is lovely! We would stay here againThanks!

we had the best stay, Duncan and Stephanie were so welcoming and we had all the privacy we needed. It was immaculately clean and the welcome basket made all the difference. There was everything you needed home from home and little things you wouldn’t even think about. The location is perfect there are shops near by and its bot far from the many beaches Wales has to offer.The games room was a bonus especially in the evening. The views are amazing! and we’d love to go back and didnt want to leave. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay in the perfect location. Duncan and Stephanie are great hosts and made us feel right at home and were very welcoming, making sure that we had everything for our stay. Would highly recommend and we’ll certainly be looking to book again with them next year.

It is said that ‘the little things make a difference’ In our case, Duncan and Stephanie pulled out all the stops. I loved the ornaments that decorated the “Hideaway” and the welcome note and gift basket with fresh flowers as we entered. I also loved the layout of the “Hideaway” caravan. The greenery of the well tended garden added to the peace of this location. Very relaxing. We were made very welcome to use a games room which added to the already lovely stay. But most all my wife had a previous injury and we didn’t have a hot water bottle. Duncan made sure that we had one brought to the caravan the moment I mentioned it. It made a massive difference. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

The Games room and outside space were great for our kids. The loft had everything we needed with the books of walks and leaflets also helpful. Duncan was really helpful throughout.The pictures of the loft looked like there was a balcony but that was our mistake. The loft is 10 mins from a lovely beach and there was lots to see and enjoy in the area while we were there.

Amazing hosts We have just returned from a 4 night break at the Hideaway. What a delight to stay here. The caravan was beautifully kept, clean & catered for everything outme family needed. The welcome basket full of treats was a lovely touch & fluffy blankets for chilly evenings was an added bonus. The gardens were beautiful, tranquil & secluded allowing our family to relax without the worry of disturbance. Thegames room is an amazing addition & we all enjoyed family time together with lots to do. Would 100% recommend to anyone & already have passed details to others looking for the perfect escape. The only downside was that we couldn’t extend our holiday there due to it being fully booked which we can fully understand why, we would have stayed there forever! Thank you so much Duncan & Stephanie, we will definitely be booking again.

Great young family stay We (me, other half and two young boys) are just back from a super stay at The Hideaway. The caravan is set in the most private area you could ask for, in a shady spot absolutely perfect for the heat wave. It was bliss to sit outside in the evening and eat. The main bedroom is surprisingly spacious and the kitchen has tons of storage too, so you can make proper home cooked meals.

The location though is the real highlight! We were just a ten minute walk to Folly Farm (where one ticket buys you two days access) which was one of the best days out we’ve ever had. The coast is stunning and both Tenby and Saundersfoot are a really short drive. We went on a puffin tour too. There’s castles and villages to explore – we felt like we barely touched the surface! There’s also a surprising array of eating options locally (some of the best Japanese, Mexican and Greek food we’ve had- who’d have thought it in Pembrokeshire!).

Just returned from a great week’s stay at The Hideaway. What a wonderful place. Had everything we needed and was so peaceful and surrounded by nature. Loved watching the rabbits appear in the morning. The accommodation was clean and well laid out. Appreciated the lovely treats and jar of freshly cut flowers on arrival, such a nice touch. Easy to get to places like Saundersfoot, Tenby etc and explore other beautiful Pembrokeshire highlights. Duncan was very welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return for another visit in the future.

I would like to thank Duncan and his wife for accommodating us. We had a fantastic time with beautiful surroundings and very peaceful great location and a fantastic host. would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will be there hopefully again sometime.

We are a family of four, with two boys under 10. We had visited the area previously so knew what to expect in terms of location.
Duncan was warm and welcoming when we arrived. There was a lovely welcome hamper, which the boys were very excited by. The rooms were immaculate. They clearly took pride in what they do.

The weather was a little unpredictable at times so the brilliant games room saved us on more than one occasion and the boys really loved it. Really good value, would definitely recommend.

A very convenient and cozy place to be in. Duncan was very polite and understanding as we had turned up really late. Good location as there are a few landmarks quite close too. Will definitely consider staying here if we are visiting this area again.

We had an amazing week at Duncan’s property. It was our first time to use Airbnb so we were not so sure how it will work out and what we should expect. Well, it was beyond our expectations, extremely clean and so easy to communicate with the owner. The place was just as described, provided with anything you would possibly need during your stay. Located just 10 min away from Tenby was a brilliant starting point to discover the Welsh coast of the Irish sea, little towns and villages. Thank you Duncan for being a perfect host, we will surely come back .

Clean, spacious and comfortable The Hideaway was perfect for what we wanted. The location was lovely and close enough to everything. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, had everything you would need. On arrival Duncan was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. There’s plenty to do nearby for the children, even on a rainy day. There was also plenty of space outside in the garden for the children to let off steam. Fabulous, relaxing stay Stayed in The Hideaway. Fabulous location local to all attractions. The caravan was spotless. Duncan and Stephanie are fabulous people. If you’re looking to relax this is definitely the base you need. Definitely will be returning.

Perfect location Another great stay in Paddock Wood View. Perfect location, very easy to find. The apartment is very clean and kitchen is well equipped. Lovely, comfy beds. We will definitely be back again. A hidden gem.

Truly fantastic stay A truly fantastic stay at The Hideaway. From our initial enquiry to departure Duncan and Stephanie made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. We were greeted with the most wonderful welcome basket and supplies to help us settle in. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying here. A great base for exploring the local area and beyond.

Comfortable and well-equipped A late review as we spent a week at Paddock Wood View, Begelly Breaks, in October 2023 – but better late than never! Myself & hubby had a great holiday here. The apartment is modern & very clean. It’s more roomy than it looks in photos so the sloping ceilings were no bother at all for us (approx 5’9” & 5’5”). We found the bed really comfy (that’s quite unusual for hubby). Apartment had everything we needed. We only used the kettle & toaster but the kitchen seemed well equipped for cooking a meal. Great communication with the owner who was very helpful putting a couple of extras in the room for us & gave us keys to a secure outbuilding to store our bikes in. It’s in a great spot for us – central to lots of lovely beaches & places we wanted to visit. We had lovely days out walking coastal paths, off road biking & visiting surrounding resorts etc. We had excellent meals in all cafes & restaurants we visited. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning views We had a great couple of days at Paddock Wood View. Not only were the owners lovely, it had all the conveniences and stunning views you could ask for. What’s more is that it was only a ten minute walk from the coach station for those who don’t drive, and five minutes for Folly Farm. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Duncan’s place. It was comfortable and lovely and clean. Duncan was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Great location close to nice beaches and lots to do nearby.

Great location for access to Saundersfoot, Tenby and Folly Farm. Lovely quiet and peaceful spot. The kids loved the swing and slide in the garden and seeing the rabbits hopping around at breakfast. We really enjoyed the welcome basket, thank you!

Amazingly idyllic and secluded location. Beautiful static home with welcome basket and milk in the fridge. Very cosy and super clean. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Added bonus is that Folly Farm is just up the road.

Lots of restaurants in driving distance – Wisemans Bridge Inn and The Hwrbour at Saundersfoot are our recommendations, serving delicious food with brilliant service. Fantastic walks on the coast path only a 10 or 15 minute drive away. We had a fantastic week at the Hideaway and didn’t want to leave!

The only thing to note was the slight smell of mould in caravan, however, this did not affect our stay at all.

Duncan was a very accommodating host, and assisted us when we arrived in the dark. A lovely woodland animals theme in the Hideaway caravan, with a good welcome pack selection, would definitely recommend.

An absolutely lovely place, my partner and I (along with our two little ones) were very impressed with all aspects of our stay. Duncan is a top notch host who couldn’t do enough for us and our needs. Would highly recommend 🙂
